- Returns RichWay International, Inc. warranty term is 1 year. If there are any problems with the product, the company will repair or exchange the product. The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not pay for postage on returns. International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order is refused. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days subject to less refund depending on refund period. You may cancel this transaction without any penalty or obligation within 7 days after receipt of the product. If you cancel any payment made by you under the contract or sale will be returned following receipt by RichWay of your product for return. If you cancel, you must return the product in substantially as good condition as when received any goods delivered to you under the contract or sale. Call RichWay for a return authorization number which you write on the package under their address. Item(s) must be shipped back to RichWay International. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Please pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. You can use the original shipping carton it was shipped to you in. Please ship your parcel back to RichWay freight prepaid! We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Refund period: 1-7 days from date of delivery receive full 100% refund. 8-14 days from date of delivery receive 70% refund. 15-30 days from date of delivery receive 50% refund. 31 or more days from delivery date receive 0% refund.
